They are gaining more and more interest as they keep going and their EP received many accolades. Since forming they have toured extensively in the UK and also in Spain, each time with fellow bands like Cult Of Luna, Grails, Yndi Halda and others. They are a five member band from Kent, formed in 2005 and in 2006 they signed a deal with the "QnotQ" records label which released their debut EP in the UK and in the rest of the world it was released through "Throne Records". Their music is a marriage of post-rock's mellower approach and atmospheric metal's heavier attitude and crunchy riffing. Those tracks have changing moods, one minute, calm and acoustic, the next heavy riffing come in adding in heaviness, which might remind Pelican in a way. Their debut EP simply called EP 1 has two lengthy epic tracks on it. Ambient metal as is used in several places, might be a suitable adjective. Traveling on the border between atmospheric toned down rock, post rock, and heavier and more aggressive metal, this UK band has created beautiful melodies balanced with a more powerful and hard line edge.
